LaSoft is an independent technology studio. We design, build, and secure digital products for retail and institutional teams, from first prototype to production and ongoing support. We are remote-first and work worldwide, and we are currently available for new work.

- **Blockchain solutions.** On-chain products, smart contracts, and integrations for retail and institutional finance.
- **AI products.** Practical AI features and automation on a modern, maintainable stack, measured by outcomes rather than hype.
- **Support and reliability.** Monitoring, maintenance, and SRE so the systems we ship keep running and keep earning trust.

## How we work

We work in four stages.

1. **Discover.** We map goals, constraints, and risks, and agree on what success looks like, before a line of code.
2. **Design.** Architecture and experience decided on purpose, with security in the plan from the very start.
3. **Build.** Senior engineers ship in tight, visible iterations you can review and redirect at any point.
4. **Ship.** We deploy, monitor, and support in production, then hand over cleanly with no lock-in.
