1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and LaSoft (“LaSoft”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of the website at lasoft.guru.

By accessing or using the LaSoft website located at lasoft.guru (the “Site”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

The Site is a marketing and informational website for LaSoft’s technology services — software development, web and mobile applications, cybersecurity, blockchain, and AI solutions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LaSoft expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or completeness of any content on the Site.

Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.

8. Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute products or services, arising out of or in connection with:

Liability for any paid services is governed by the separate agreement covering that work.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LaSoft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Site.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right.
• Any claim that your use of the Site caused damage to a third party.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable at LaSoft’s principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at that location.

If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice, which may include posting a notice on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.

12. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LaSoft regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings. Any paid services are governed by the separate agreement covering that work, which prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict for that work.
